I picked up the Aroma Coffee ACJ-181 Juicer for simple juicing every once in a while. The structural design of the juicer appeared to be sturdy and the two reamers felt solid. On my first attempt of using this device it effortlessly produced an okay glass of orange juice. There was too much pulp in it for my liking and it really limited my use of this device. I used this machine a total of 6 times and on the last attempt the reamer wouldn't turn. I could hear the motor churning, but for some reason it would rotate in either direction. I returned the broken juicer and got a replacement and didn't have a problem with the new one. I would make orange with it once every couple of weeks and lemon juice several times a week. Cleaning the Aroma Juicer was fairly simple. I just rinsed the reamers, the lid, and the pitcher in the sink with a little warm water. Even though this product hasn't failed me I no longer use this device on a regular basis because like I stated earlier the Aroma Juicer produces too much pulp for my liking.

Nothing fancy about this model. Great price point, too. We LOVE this unit for making basic orange juice in the morning for breakfast or as a drink throughout the day. I like how it collect the juice into a big container that lets you easily pour it out into your glass. Or previous juicer, that broke after 15 years of use, only had a small catchment basin, so you had to empty it out a lot and that was a pain. This one is much easier to use and hold enough for a few people at breakfast. Pulp Setting Effectiveness I like being able to adjust the pulp settings. I like pulpy juice. Makes it feel healthier in my mouth, but other family members like a cleaner juice, and this unit works well for them, too. Stability While in Use It's not a heavy unit, but this style normally isn't. But at least it doesn't tip over or anything. Ease of Cleaning The less pulpy you want your juice, the more you'll have to clean. Durability Working good and fine so far. I hope it lasts for years. Design Just wish you could push down a little harder.

Pulp Setting Effectiveness You can change up the amounts of pulp that you would like to deposit into your drink in a quick fashion and it give me no hassles. Stability While in Use This is a small juicer and it is not as well built and some of its other ilk. That said, it does not move too much and less so when it becomes filled with liquid. Ease of Cleaning Everything is easily removed from the juicer and can be hand washed or placed into a dishwasher. Durability This is made of the regular plastics that most kitchen tools are made of and it is not perfect, but it is alright. Versatility/Number of Features The feature set is simple but very good for small households if you need a tool to help augment your drink making or breakfast abilities. Design It has a utilitarian look and seems to suit my simple kitchen.

The Amora Coffee Juicer is a nice in between juicer, because while it does not allow you the kinds of choices that some of the bigger models do, it is more built up than a lot of other handheld units. It works well and I have no issues with it. Pulp Setting Effectiveness You have a pretty good means of selecting the pulp amounts that you want with the Amora Coffee Juicer and I love it! Stability While in Use This is a smaller juicer, but it does not move too much while in use. Even when it does it isn't a problem since everything is sealed up so it does not cause any issues. Ease of Cleaning This is not a juicer that is too hard to clean. Everything pulls out with ease and you can easily wipe the external areas of it down. Durability It has a decent feel to it and while mine hasn't been dropped it seems to be well made. Versatility/Number of Features It seems to be a relatively versatile juicer with different pulp settings and what not. If you need to get something done this can do most tasks. Design It looks a bit boring, but it works.

Overall, I would recommend buying this Aroma juicer. I like that it simplifies the process of making homemade lemonade and orange juice. It juices the lemons and oranges quickly and much faster than by hand. It is very convenient to use. In addition, this product is easy to wash and maintain. For the features your receive and the low price, this product is a good value. If you are looking for an inexpensive juicer and do not need a lot of extra features, this juicer is right for you. This juicer does not have different features or pulp settings like more expensive makes and models. You just place a half sliced lemon or orange on the top and press down to have it squeeze out the juice.
