I ran across tArnold Sandwich Rounds  on a diet web site and I am so glad. These sandwich rounds are just wonderful. I use them for everything, toast, grill cheese, breakfast, when ever I need bread. I don't even buy bread any more. They freeze well, come out just as fresh, very tastey and right now there are two flavors that I know of---Whole Wheat and Muti-grain, I like both. I hear they are coming out with more in April. They are high in fiber, low in calories and fat. Well worth the try.
