We loved the Arni's when it was on 86th and Michigan.  It was great fun to enjoy the ambiance of the bikes, motorcycles and other unusual decorations in the restaurant--always something new to see.

The newly remodeled Arni's in this location is just tables and chairs and just not very inviting.  The food is the same, but here it just seems 'ordinary' instead of a treat to go eat. I've been there twice--had the taco salad, and a hamburger.

Pricing is probably the same as the old restaurant, but for some reason it now seems overpriced.  My favorite combo of a salad and soup seems like a meager portion instead of a bottomless bowl.

Wait staff used to be terrifically friendly--now they aren't unfriendly but they just don't give it the same warm touch as before.

One good change is the addition of Wifi. Now, I'm not one to go out to lunch with my computer, but perhaps they are trying to gain the business lunch crowd instead of the moms taking a break bunch which would explain the changes.
