The Armani Exchange doesn't care about me so I won't shop there!

an avid online shopper, a believer in communication, expecting good, fair service, into finding great deals online, appreciative of good customer service, not one to take bad service lightly

Quick View: Armani Exchange is overpriced, self indulgent, and their customer service is absolutely awful. I wouldn't shop on the site again of everything was a penny and I really mean that.

This website carries lofty priced men's and women's clothing and accessories. Shipping is a flat $6.00 and returns are supposedly free. The prices are high for the quality. You pay for the name.
