I bought this on Ebay from Armakat co. for around $80-100. My cats would be so lost withouy it! They love it. They spend A LOT of time on it. Especially since I have it in front of my picture window. They sleep, play and watch out the window on it. Mine has 5 levels plus a box. This is the first item they go to in the morning. To scratch then to look out. A big furniture saver.
