I'm not one of those people who necessarily want a "brilliant white" smile, as I've seen some professional results that render a blinding smile *blinking* Still, everyone wants a nice, healthy looking smile, so after researching many products and reading countless reviews, I launched my own comparison test.
All told, I "trialed" four different products, each for a period of 8 weeks. I won't review the other three products here since this is all about Arm & Hammer Whitening Booster, except to say that among them was a leading (particularly pricey) "whitening toothpaste" and two pre-brush rinses.
Additionally, I actually took photos of my teeth with my digital to save and later to compare, but I'd appreciate it if you'd keep that silly fact between us. ;)
I use Arm & Hammer Advanced White as my default toothpaste to begin with, and I just added the Whitening Booster to it. Though I'd done my homework, I was still a bit leary of using the product twice a day, so I used it only once. The results were immediate.
Some commercial whitening products tend to make the teeth feel odd and "dry" afterward, and happily Arm & Hammer Whitening Booster hasn't this tendency.
This is not an expensive product, has so discernable flavor or texture, and is worth the try for those who would prefer, for cost or other reasons not to have teeth whitened professionally.
I'm very happy with the outcome for myself, and now use it daily, as well as a pre-brush rinse when I'm not using the Whitening Booster.
