Works better than most on the market - a bit more expensive than some other brands, but you get what you pay for.  This lasts longer between complete litter box changes, so it actually ends up being a good value for the money.  Clumps well and doesn't break apart when the cats scratch in the litter... read full review »

I have 2 kittens and this was the first type I purchased.  It helped control the odor, didn't clump all the time, it was dusty, didn't pour easily and a little pricey for what I expected.  As far as kitty litter, it worked, but have not purchased it again.

This is a great product. THe spout on th box is a bit hard to use when trying to get the last of the litter out. BUt it does its job and has a pleasent smell that masks the kitty  urnine and poop smell. I plan on using this always.  It is also a great price for the amount you get.

Arm & Hammer is the best cat litter we have ever used!  We have two cats, and two litter boxes.  This is the only type of litter that works with a multiple cat household.  We have tried other litters in the past, but none of them were able to clump up so easily and keep the smell down with two cats around.  It doesn't make too much of a mess like other litters we have tried in the past did.  Both of my cats seem to prefer this litter type as their favorite.  It is a great value for the amount you get, and it lasts a long time.

This cat litter is probably the best performing cat litter I've ever tried.  I have three cats and even if I go away for a weekend, with no one home to clean the litter box, when I return my home is still odor free even though the litter box is usually really dirty.  Other cat litters, including ones supposedly formulated for multiple cat households, don't work nearly as well.

At one point I had 7 cats with 4 litterboxes. Of course I scooped everyday, but this stuff clumps so well and I always buy unscented, no odors at all! I try feed higher quality food (garbage in, garbage out). For some reason my local Petsmart stores do not carry the unscented variety but Target does and they even have a bonus size at 35 lbs. for $12.99 with sales all the time for $9.99. I find coupons all the time, too. I tried other brands for multiple cat homes, nothing clumped as well.

i have four cats. i have used different brands. Arm and hammer is not as good as the other national brands. It doesnt really control the odor very well. The urine smell is very strong .within a few hours of changing out the litter box. arm and Hammer does have many other good products but this one is just not as high quality

I like the Arm and Hammer brand. It helps control the smell and actually does what it say it will. I have a cat that loves taking time in the litter box and scratching about as I'm sure most cats do, the Arm and Hammer Cat Litter doesn't seem to track as much when he gets out of the box.

I've been using Arm and Hammer cat litter for almost well over 5 years now, with multiple cats and now with a single cat.  This is one of the best litters I have found and I've tried quite a few.  It clumps well and can be cleaned without having to change the entire litter box for quite a while compared to others.  It is wonderful at keeping the smell down and doesn't have too much dust when being poured.  I do agree that the spout is not very well designed and you can never get the last bit of litter out of the box, but overall a great value for the dollar!

The main reason I first decided to purchase Arm and Hammer cat litter was the price.  Both Target and Cub Foods regularly have it on sale, and with coupons from the newspaper it's a great deal.  The box it comes in is a nice size that I can actually lift without grunting and groaning!  I like the fact that it has a handy pour spout and is extremely easy to open (unlike the common 30 gallon buckets that are impossible to get open!) I also appreciate that it comes in a sturdy cardboard container instead of the non-recycleable plastic buckets.

I have two cats and they seem to like the Arm & Hammer...

I have five wonderful cat additions to my family.  They are awesome.  They are not allowed outside, so we have a litter box. I have always like the Arm & Hammer brand.. but with five cats... you need power... With Arm & Hammer Multi Cat Clumping formula, that is what I got. And sat a great price.

Never wanted one, they smell and are terrible to clean. But Arm & Hammer has changed my thoughts on this!  I have 5 cats who use this box everyday. It gets cleaned daily, but it does not smell and it stays clean.  I used to have to change the whole litter box every week or so, but not anymore. The...

Owning a cat and scooping cat litter is very important. I own a litter maid cat box and find it is fussy on litter. I have always and swear by the arm and hammer. Using Arm and hammer cat litter it cuts down on the smell and keeps the clumps nice easy for scooping or for the automatic cat box to rake across. If left in a litter box for some time it does not get all icky and stinky. In my opinion it is the best litter out there and I will not use anything but. In the past I have tried other brands and none of them last the way the arm and hammer does nor does it clump the same.Try it you will not...

I have 3 wonderful cats and needless to say litter box odors are an issue I address quickly. Arm + Hammer cat litter: the clumping and multiple cat variety, is the best deal for the money!

I also like the 9lives brand of cat litter, it costs even less and works just as well.  I used to buy the dollar store varieties of cat litter but found that even though they cost less they weren't as good a value since they didn't control odors well so we would end up using much more product and in the long-run it really is cheaper to buy the more effective product.

I currently have two indoor only cats.  They do a great job of filling the litter box on a daily basis!  People who don't know that I have cats, come to my house and are suprised when they see a cat.  I often get comments such as, "Wow.  Usually I can smell that someone has a cat when I walk in the door, but your home doesn't smell.  What kind of litter do you use?"  It seems to be more dusty that other litters, but it works so much better than anything else.
