Arm & Hammer Complete Care Fluoride Toothpaste with Baking Soda and Peroxide Toothpaste — 

I care a lot about my teeth, not only the way they look but also their health.  This is the perfect toothpaste for all around oral care.  I first used this toothpaste a few months ago, and while it doesn't taste great, I love that it is so good for your teeth.  It is composed of so many elements that are good for you.  The first is the fluoride treatment which is great for preventing cavities and protecting the wear and tear on your teeth enamel.  I really like the baking soda ingredient because you can feel it working as you use it.  The consistency of the paste is slightly gritty but it also lathers up in your mouth for a clean feeling.  The baking soda is also a whitening element.  I didn't see huge results with whitening, but this toothpaste is great on coffee and tea stains and keeping your teeth healthy.  The paste tastes minty so it will leave your breath feeling fresh.  This is a great toothpaste for all around oral care and retails for about $3 and is great in preventing cavities as well as helping improve the condition of your teeth.

I use this stuff regularly and I swear it really does help whiten my teeth too. The secret must be in the baking soda.
