Arizona Fleet Services - Phoenix, AZ Review

I was looking for a vehicle and had contacted several car dealers about what i was exactly looking for.  They, instead, told me that what I was looking for was not doable and what "I really wanted" was something else.

I was so frustrated and ended up talking to a friend about the run around I was getting.  She suggested that I contact Arizona Fleet Services and tell them what I was looking for.  I did and the man I spoke to never spoke but listened to what I was in the market for.  he asked me the price, color and options I wanted, as well as if there was anything I would be willing to negotiate on.  He was very honest with me and told me that if I was not in a hurry, he could help me find what I wanted.

He called me at work and brought several vehicles to my work until he found exactly what I wanted.  Then I walked around the vehicle and pointed out some nicks and dings I wanted corrected as replacement of missing floor mats.  When he was done I got my Hyundai Santa Fe for the amount I was looking to pay in cash, the color I wanted, and it had 89 miles on it so I received it as a used car.

I asked about the extended warranty and was told that they would contact me when the existing warranty had ended.  When that time came they called me and offered me a warranty for less than i had been able to find anywhere else with the same coverage as more expensive warranties.

I will definitely go back to them to locate my next vehicle!  Dean Trostle is the best agent I could ask for.
