Argosy University offers a phenominal education for Marriage and Family Therapy. This is the first university I have attended where I didn't feel like I was here for the university, but that they are here for me. If you have a desire to practice Marriage and Family Therapy, they will do what they can to help you get there and succeed. I was at first hesitant to attend Argosy, as they are not a traditional "State" University, however, I have been highly impressed with the quality of the professors, the education, and the experience. It has truly been enriching, and has been a great way for me to begin my career. A couple things about how the program works: Argosy University has classes every few weekends. They recognize that there are many people who have a desire to go back to school, but whose work schedules will not allow them to. Rather than having classes for 1 1/2 - 2 hours a day, twice a week (often not conducive to working), Argosy has classes every 2-3 weekends, for 4 hours on Friday, and most of the day Saturday. This allows you to get the class time you need, and enables you to receive your further education while still holding a full-time job. If you enroll in Argosy, the staff is just as committed to helping you succeed as you are. Argosy has truly been a blessing for me and my family.
