Hoodia is supposed to make you feel like you aren't hungry. I didn't feel anything at all when I took this. It felt like I hadn't taken anything and I was hungry. This product made no difference whatsoever. There were no side effects or benefits. This product didn't energize me or squash my appetite. It didn't do anything at all. This product was a waste of money. I don't recommend it in the slightest to anyone. Even the hoodia doesn't seem to have any nutritional value. There are no incidental benefits it seems from taking this product either.

Effectiveness
It didn't feel as if I even used this product. I was still hungry and it didn't help me at all. It didn't help me with energy or anything. It was a waste of money for sure. I was hungry as usual and my appetite was not suppressed in the slightest.

Side Effects
I am rating this product a five because there were no bad side effects. There were just no effects at all. It was as if I hadn't taken this product. Nothing happened as a result of this product.

Did not work for me.

In my opinion, this is just another gimmick diet that is jumping on the whole "natural" supplement thing and making a diet out of it that does not really work. Hoodia is a cactus tat is actually really good for you in many other ways not related to weight loss. It also is claimed to be an appetite suppressant, so that is where it comes in this 10 day diet plan. Taking the pills were supposed to suppress all of your hunger pains and have you eating lot less, but I did not feel any difference whatsoever while taking them. In fact, they gave me a ton of energy, which I think is from all of the green tea that they have also added to these supplements. But did they make m want to eat less at every meal? No, not once. They also started making me feel sort of sick to my stomach after taking them and I finally had to stop. I have since kept taking other, all natural hoodia supplements for reasons other than weight loss.

Hoodia did not work for me at all

Hoodia was one of those products that hit the market and became a huge fad thing and Oprah said it was great and all and wouldn't you know it but I totally fell for it. Among many other things I used when I was trying so hard to lose weight, I tried Hoodia as well, and wasted more money.

Effectiveness
This product seemingly had no effect at all. I couldn't believe it. I heard all these wonderful things about how Hoodia is supposedly this amazing appetite suppressant, I shouldn't have any trouble sticking to my diet if I'm not hungry right? But then I took it and nothing happened, still just as hungry, still just as hard to stop eating when I should and not go for the extra helping. I seriously couldn't tell I had taken it. I gave up after one box and nothing happening at all. Such a waste of time and money, just helped feed an emotional rollercoaster really.

Side Effects
No side effects to report, good or bad, it was like I hadn't taken anything at all.

Works great, no side effects

I haven't taken appetite suppressants for many years.  I tried Hoodia because it was featured on Oprah's show.  It totally killed my appetite, and I had no caffeine buzz or jitters.  I have done weight loss counseling for over 20 years, and I'm always looking for products that can help me maintain my own weight and that would be good for my clients.  I strongly recommend Hoodia because it does what the company says it will do.

I have taken this product and not had any luck at all. My appetite never changed. I did not feel even a little less hungry. I had hoped it would help, but no luck.  I did not have any jittery side effects either, which is good like you can get with some weight loss pills.

Really curbs your appetite.

I found that the urge to snack between meals was greatly suppressed.

I also didnt want all those useless carbs. When taken as directed with a full glass of water I found I wasnt as hungry and the need for extra worthless snacks disappeared.

Also I didnt get any heartburn or irregular bowel functions.

Dont be alarmed if you dont get drastic weight loss the first 2 days. by the end of the 10 days I lost 5 pounds , and I didnt even exercise.

I have tried several diets and when I tried the Hoodia diet I was under the impression that it was going to take off weight. Well I sure was in for a surprise when it did NOT do what it stated. I followed the diet plan as directed and was very disappointed. I did not lose tthe weight that they stated I would lose nor did I even come close. I'm sorry fellow dieters but if you are looking for a diet that works this is NOT the one for you.

Like many people of my age I am overweight.I have tried many diets with limited success.I decided to try the 10 day Hoodie soft gels.I found them easy to take but I only lost 1LB in the 10 days .so I was a bit dissappointed. I am willing to try again
