I would never shop at Grand Appliance again. I bought several items there including a stovetop, garbage disposal, washing machine and dryer. I thought I was getting a good deal and felt really good about using a local Chicago business. Unfortunately my washing machine arrived broken from Grand Appliance and stopped working several weeks later. I reached out to Grand Appliance hoping they would help expedite the process of getting my broken, brand new washing machine either fixed or replaced. They did nothing. They were the opposite of helpful. They didn't even have the decency to take responsibility...
