great service and very accomodating.

WE stopped by for dinner and they were out of tartar sauce and I ordered seafood. They told me they were out after my meal was delivered. [not to happy] Then a manager came by and checked on us and I told her of the problem. She went to the kitchen and found some tartar sauce and brought with an appology and comped my meal for the mistake.[my whole meal drinks and all.]also my waitress offered to make me tartar sauce but they were out of sweet relish. I had a meal that I would not have come back to applebees but for the service and consideration of the people who went one step further to solve the problem instead of just saying I am sorry, and leaving it at that I now eat at applebees at least once a week.Thanks Lee
