I'm glad that they offer healthier options at applebees, but what about the other bad for you things. I'm talking about the sodium content. Taking out the fat, well they have to flavor the food another way right?
The portions are right, not too much. But sometimes you'll still feel hungry because it wasn't enough.
I give them props for at least trying, but there has to be a solution for the sodium content, lots of people are struggling with high blood pressure and thats no help.
