Thank you to Applebees for providing easy to pick eating chooses for those of us watching our nutritional intake.  Applebees weight watchers menu may be small but it makes eating out less of a chore.  While not laden with the flavor of all the extra fat and butter sauces, the flavor of the food itself shines through.  Too many restaurants hide the nutritional information or make it impossible to get (Granite City).  When I get to pick the restaurant I choose Applebees because dinner out is about the friends and conversation, not worrying about how much sodium, fat, or calories I am consuming.
