The food on Applebees Weight Watchers menu is great.  I enjoy ordering from it every time I go there, but I wonder how healthy it really is.  It just seems too good to be true.  A friend of mine told me that there was a review and study of the menu and it came out that there is a lot more calories and fat in the food than what is shown on the menu.  If she's right then my points have been blown to hell on many occassions.

Hungrygirl.com did a review on the menu and it came back that it was actually double what they said for the calories on the low cal menu.
