This restaraunt is good. My main real stivking point with it is that it is loated within a Mall that currently only has, like, 3 stores, as it is undergoing a DRASTIC redmodelling. I made a mistake and wrote this under the California Applebee's review and do not know how to delete this review.  I will just continue this review by writing for the St. Louis Missouri Applebees which I originally intended.

My husband and I like the Applebees a mile from our home, and are frequent diners there.  The host and hostesses greet you with a friendly smile. The atmosphere is great. I enjoy watching sports on their wide screen TV's.  If I just want a sandwich I usually choose the Cowboy Burger. If I want a larger meal I frequently request the pasta alfredo chicken brocolli bowl. ...

Applebees has become one of my favorite resstaurants. Whenever I go there the staff is always very friendly, and the food is always great. I also love their drinks. One of the reasons I like this place is because it is very family oriented, my 6 year old boy loves going there too.

Applebee's is a great stand-by when you can't decide where to eat out, you're on a budget, or you're with picky eaters.  Because it's a chain restaurant, you know what to expect, and they have a large enough menu that there's almost guaranteed to be something for everyone.  Also because they're a chain restaurant, you shouldn't expect anything too special, and if you've seen one Applebee's, you've seen them all.

Most of the time I get decent to good service at Applebee's--quick drink refills, friendly servers, and food cooked to my specifications.  Lately I've had two bad experiences, though--once... read full review »
