Applebee's Restaurant - Aurora, IL Review

My family and I love to come here...it's the closest one to where we live....but EVERY TIME we go there....we get seated quickly and served EXTREMELY SLOWLY!!!

We usually don't get greeted til we've been sitting there for about 5 minutes...which is 3 minutes past the expected time...

Once we order drinks...we wait 5 to even 10 minutes at times to get our drinks, which are usually easy orders like pop, beer, or WATER!!!

Then we have to wait another 5-10 minutes to have our order taken, and when they come to drop off our food....IT'S NOT OURS!!! It's another tables!!!

We always have to go looking for our server to get our check, and they always seem to forget one thing we ask for "on the side".

We rarely complain to management because we go there so often and the food is GOOD...but we do usually mention to the server that we were a little disappointed.

We're pretty patient people but after 2 years of consistently going to this location at least once a month and having the same problems...we are NO LONGER customers of theirs...

....we don't have 2 HOURS to dine out!!
