Apple Vacations has horrible service and no one offers any accountability to assist with any issues. Once they have your money It's impossible to get any assistance from them should you have questions/issues. At that point they continue to transfer you from department to department with extremely long wait times. They left us stranded at an airport and no one would assist us in any way. They get you to pay up front costs...watch out as they don't always honor what you paid for and forget trying to get reimbursed. Once you're at your destination you are cut loose with no access to help. I would always look to another service, even if it costs more it will be money well spent. We ended up getting stuck with an additional cost of $1100.
