At first it seems like a good deal - only 99 cents per song!  But if there are more than 15 songs on a CD you end up paying more to buy them individually than you would to buy the CD.  And the songs can only be  played on an ipod!  What if I have a different MP3 player, I have to download another version of the same song from someone else and pay again?  I don't think so.

The program itself has hidden processess that are always running on your computer - even when you close itunes.  It is constantly using your internet connection without telling you so it can check for updates and who knows what else.  It also eats up your computer's system resources, slowing down your computer's performance.  I will not allow this program on any of my computers.
