Apple iTunes —

By now, you have heard of Itunes.  The website that let's you download music for .99 cents a song. You know you can burn them to a disk or load them on your ipod.

But do you know what happens if your computer crashes and you lose your ENTIRE Itunes library and you didn't back up your songs on disk?

Neither did I!!  I freaked out.  I cried, actually.  I know it's crazy but I had hundreds of songs on there which means I lost hundreds of songs and hundreds of dollars.  I was absolutely devastated.

I did some Internet research and most of what I read was that "Too bad, you're music is gone".  Devastation!

Well, with no hope left, I decided to contact Customer Service.  I told them what happened and I got a response in less than 24 hours.  Guess what she told me?  You can re-download your entire music library ONE time for free!  No re-download fee, FREE!   I couldn't believe it.  Apparently it's a secret they don't tell many people. :)

If this happens to you follow these directions:

1. Sign into your Itunes Music Store
2. Select STORE
3. Select CHECK FOR PURCHASES

and there you go....your songs will start automatically re-downloading.  It's that easy.

Just make sure you back up your music on disks this time!
