Apple - iPod Touch 16 GB Review

The Apple iPod Touch 16 GB (2nd Generation) is the best technology to come out in years.  This is so slim and light and does so much.

Unlike cell phones requiring you to pay $20.00 + for internet service, the iPod Touch is free.  If there is a wi-fi to connect to, it is yours...and it is FAST.  The ease of use is unbelievable from setting up the wi-fi to downloading applications (many of which are FREE).  The 16 GB has more than enough space as well.  I have downloaded 10 applications and added about 30 songs and still have 14 GB left.  

The 2nd generation does not require those uncomfortable earbuds to listen to music.  You can hear the music play through its internal speakers.  They are not loud speakers, but they are loud and clear enough to hear your music (and sound effects of other applications).  To shuffle music, all you have to do is shake the iPod.

Whether you are playing games, reading websites or reading e-books, the screen is clear and large enough that you do not have to squint.  When typing notes on the yellow legal notepad (along with other applications that require typing), a pop-up typewriting comes up so that you can easily type whatever you need to easily and quickly.

There are too many great features and things to say.  This is not just a mp3 player...it is so much more.  If it had a cell phone, it would be the best smart phone out there, but you get everything else without having to pay a provider.  The only other shortfall is that this does not have a camera.  However, this is by far the best "toy" out there.
