Great for Travel , avoid using for working out

The 30gb ipod is perfect for when I travel for business or commute to work, great sound, easy to use, and very portable. Unfortunately it is not meant for use when working out as it will skip and freeze and need to be repaired. With mine, a friend taught me when it freezes to bang it against your hand. Believe it or not, I did, and as much as it hurt my hand, it began working again!!!
