This so called new ipod seems to be the same product as the others, but nothing really stands out. Sound Quality Sound is better Performance performance good as always Battery Life probably dies faster Durability if dropped, chances are it brakes Ease of Use pretty simple to use Design same design as others, nothing new, as always

I thought it was time to upgrade to a new ipod and chose this one. I have had so many problems with this since I got it. screen always freezing up on me, closing out for no apparent reason. I have actually had it replaced three times and all of them seem to do this. Nothing on here was downloaded from sites that are unprotected, so I don't see what the issue is. It a durable piece of equipment but the quality of it is not good at all.
