I bought this ipod shuffle for my wife as a valentine's gift (in hot pink, no less).  Needless to say she loved the form size and color, and the fact that it fits in even the smallest of her purses when not being listenend to. — The device sets up much like the regular ipod and integrates perfectly with iTunes, as you would expect.  What I was not expecting, however, was the great sound that could come out of such a small device.  To me, you really can't tell the difference between the shuffle and the regular ipod. — The only downside is that the unit feels a bit… read full review »

For such a small iPod, it's amazing that this little thing could hold 500 songs! It clips on anywhere and is awesome for running. Plus, if you accidentally drop it, it's so light that it hangs onto the earphones! What other iPod does that?? It eliminates the big fear of accidentally dropping and breaking it...and losing hundreds of dollars in the process! While the pros out-weigh the cons, I must say, I only used mine for a week. However, during that week, It was on all the time. — — The only problems I had with it was the fact that you could only charge it through the computer. When you have a computer that is down, how will you listen to your iPod shuffle? Another problem I had was that the headphones were not of good quality. I travel about 2,000 miles per month with my job. I love to listen to audio books while driving. I can up-load cd's to my pc and and download them onto my iPod Shuffle. I plug the iPod Shuffle into my car system and I don't have to change cd's while I am driving. Of course, you have to have a cassette player and adapter in your car to do this. — I have recently discovered podcasts on iTunes. My boyfriend bothered me about getting a mp3 player. He is real tech savvy and I finally just said "Get me a shuffle". I got "Are you sure?" This is probably the best workout player I could have ever used. I do alot of stretching and it clips to me and I forget it. I don't have to worry about it falling out of it's case, it clips right to my shirt (I put it in the back with the wires for the buds running up my back) and I'm able to work out without worrying about. I have had this product for about a year and I have loved every minute of it. It is sleek and small to fit anywhere. The clip on the IPOD can be used to clip on anything and it rarely falls off unless you actually used some strength to pull it off. The buttons on the IPOD shufflle are quite easy to press and don't require too much effort. The sound on this device is quite decent since I dont have any other device to compare it with. I have three girls. (14,12,6) For my youngest daughters 6th birthday, all she talked about was getting an ipod. I just kept trying to avoid the conversation. I knew I couldn't spend $200 on an ipod for a six year old. Two days before her birthday I got a sales paper in the mail and saw the Shuffle. It was perfect. It was only $40 bucks and holds over two hundred songs. I recently bought my boyfriend the iPod Shuffle.  I have an iPod Nano (1st Gen) and it is great so I thought buying another Apple iPod item would be the way to go. — The Shuffle is super easy to use and the clip is so useful, you never need to worry about dropping it when you're at the gym. I have a video iPod, but I like my shuffle for working out and taking walks.  It's lighter and easier to carry.  Once I program what I want to listen to in iTunes and download it, it's perfect for what I want to listen to.  I use my video iPod for more intense listening, like when I'm working at a desk or in the car.  But for on the go listening, the shuffle is great because I just clip it on, press play and forget about it.  And sometimes I do when I've turned it off - I almost washed it on my shirt once!  It is VERY… read full review »

Hi, — This is my reveiw for the new ipod shuffle that I just bought. I love it, love it, love it!!!  Its great, easy to download my songs onto. The sound quality is great!! I wish that I had gotten one sooner! The only problem that I have with it is that the ear buds are too big for my ear. My ears start hurting when Im wearing the earbuds for a long time. I pre-ordered this as soon as I saw it, I love it!  It is not for those who always want all their music with them, or for those who want to rearrange their music along the way.  This is definitely something where you go to your computer, set it up how you want it, then take it to go.  If this is a problem for you, it may work better as a second Ipod.  —  The clip is great, always secure.  This is by far the best device for workling out.  No gadgets needed, no bouncing in pockets, just clip and go! —… read full review »

The shuffle is an excellent pick for those looking for a work-out mp3 player. It's very small, so I can just clip it to my pants or my t-shirt. It isn't too fragile, and not cumbersome at all. It holds a charge for a pretty long time. The sound quality is great! The only things is you'll have to buy new ear buds for it because the ones that it come with keep falling out of your ears. This is a great size and great for kids too.  It's very easy to use and fairly easy to understand.  I usually put songs from CDs on it but itunes is very easy to use too.  The only minor problem I have is that some songs require me to turn it up while others I have to turn down.  However the sound quality is good an the small size makes it good to go.  The battery seems to last a long time too.  I would highly recommend this for the… read full review »
