Poor Customer Services

I was told that Apple has good customer services from many people, until I had to experienced it on my own. I bought the ipod 60g and requested for it to be engraved and I also paid for the 2 day shipping. It turn out 4 days later, the product still hasn't arrived to me and so I called and ask the why. They told me it was their mistake and that they will take the 2 days shipping rate off of my statement and give me a $50 incentive to their store because it was their mistake. I also asked for my full amount to be refunded and i'll send the item back since I won't be in the country to received the item by the time it arrived to me. This said it was no problem and I asked for the confirmation number of the incentive and so they gave me and told that that the incentive and the refund of the ipod will be credited back to me 7-10 bussiness day.
A month from that call, I called back and they pretend that their was no such confirmation number for the incentive and my refund was taking a long time because they had to process it. And by the time they refund the money to me, they didn't even pay me back the 2nd day shipping I'd paid for when they told me they would. I told them that they had told me it would like 7-10 bussiness day for the refund, but why it was taking for so long, no body could give me an answere and finally I asked to speak to the manager. The manager yelled at me because he was so tired of dealing with me since he couldn't really answered me why it takes them so long to refund me when they said they would. On top of that, he insulted me by telling me that it's their way of doing business (pretty much it takes them less than 5 minutes to take the money out of your account and about 1.5 months to refund the money to you). And that there's nothing they can do but to give me a 10% discount when I purchase an apple product next time. I've had never experienced the worst customer services in my lifetime with that type of attitude and how the service's manager handle the situation. This is definately the ultimate one brand that I would never buy again. It's all cool and good when you see people with their ipods, but not when I have to deal with that nasty type of customer services that apple hires to represent their company. Always remember to do your homework before you decide to spend your money on apple.
