Most HelpfulThey say great things come in small packages..and this is exactly true with the iPod Nano. It's very small but can store plenty of music and photos. I got my silver Nano about two years ago and up to this day, it still looks good and still works perfectly it's like i just bought it yesterday! I also...

Most HelpfulThis little Device does a lot for such a smaller size unit, it can hold so much Music to last quite a while. It takes a little getting used to but after a couple of days of Operation the
Ipod becomes second nature. You can set for Standard English Language and for any
Foreign Countries Language when You Travel. It has a Clock for a Local Time Zone and
another Time Zone when You Travel. One Thousand Songs is a lot of Music The Ipod is
Plugged into any Computer after the I-tunes Software is Installed. As the I-pod is
Plugged into the Computer the Battery is Charged in about 2 Hours. Sound is clear...
read full review »The Second Generation iPod Nano (4 GB) is sleek, light, and easily fits into any pocket. The controls are large enough for easy operation, and the sound quality is great...and LOUD if you want it to be...especially if the songs were purchased and downloaded from iTunes (superior quality sound files). It really holds a charge for a long time too. My only gripe is that 4 GB is not enough space for me. It holds less than 500 songs, which is less than half of what the product specs say it can hold. It would have been enough space if it really did hold 1,000 songs. I'd recommend the 8 GB...
read full review »The cool thing about any of the IPod products is that you not only have the music on your IPod, but it is also on your computer as well. The IPod Nano has a good capacity (about 500 songs) at a faily decent price (about $149.00).
Not only can you download songs from ITunes, you can rip CD's from you own collection to the computer and sync them to your IPod, making them even more portable than a portable CD player.
The IPod Nano comes with earphones, but can be used in the car with an adaptor.
To delete songs, just unclick the song on the computer. When the Nano is syncing, it will delete any unchecked...

I used to listen to a lot of music in college (in the '90s) on my portable CD player. What a long way we have come in 15 years! If you love listening to a lot of different music choices, this is a great product. I have an eclectic taste in music, and have over 3,000 songs on my computer. It is easy for me to shuffle them around using ipod's software, iTunes. I listen to music more often because of the ease in using this product and that has increased the quality of my life, truly. I listen to songs when I exercise. I practice meditation with guided relaxation techniques. I listen...

It is compact, easy to use, and offers a lot of bang for your buck. We have stored all of our CDs on one small machine that we can take anywhere. The overall sound quality is excellent. However, if you download music off of the Internet you can run into significant changes in music volume during playback. I purchased the 8GB and...
read full review »My entire family enjoys using the Apple Ipod Nano! I love listening to music. The Apple Ipod is perfect for me. The radio does not play all of the songs that I love to listen to. Since I have my Ipod, I can listen to any song that I want to any time I want. I am a busy mother of two very active children. I am at dance lessons, or some type of ball practice every day. I enjoy having my Ipod with me. I can enjoy the music that I prefer while also playing a game on the same device. I am all about simplifying life. The Apple Ipod does this for me. My husband also loves the Ipod. ...
read full review »How did I live so long without an iPod Nano? This is one of the best additions to my life. A late bloomer when it comes to MP3 players, I first had an iPod Shuffle, but with no control over which song would play, and too little storage, I eventually decided I needed something with more features and more music capacity. I have never looked back.
I use my iPod Nano daily, and am always downloading new songs. With the huge music library at Apple iTunes, there is always something I want, not to mention podcasts and other free material (like walking tours of major cities). The only disadvantage of getting...

This generation of iPod is awesome. The thing is so small and lightweight! Turning it sideways and seeing album covers differently is pretty cool too. Using iTunes to download songs is easy and the fact that you can load your own CD's into your iTunes library (for free of course) is a bonus.
You'll need to get a case for the Nano - because it is so light and small it's easy to drop. I would also suggest a 'skin'...
