Apple - iPod Mini Review

I know that Apple supposedly has all the best products, but I kind of don't buy it. I've been using iPods for about three years now, and I keep having problem after problem. Okay, to be honest, my first one got stolen. It was an iPod classic, one of the first versions, and I adored it.

However, my next iPods? Not so great. I am displeased with the storage space. It's nice to have small iPods, but I would like to be able to put more music onto them.

Also, I have had one iPod that simply stopped charging. My iPod that I have now - the mini - does charge, but it does not STAY charged. The iPod will literally turn on by itself - even when it's locked - and start playing music. In the middle of the night, for instance. So when I want to use my iPod, chances are the battery is completely drained.

For both of these problems, I went on Apple's site to try & find some answers. It was a complete plain. I just kept getting the run-around - this link set me to that link, which sent me back to this link. I never got any answers.
