Apple - iPod Classic Black Digital Media Player —
I am a music lover to my heart. To be honest, I had my eye on the Ipod Touch for over a year now. The only thing that stopped me from getting it is the fact that you can't just access it from where you are, you have to take it somewhere and use wifi; the day when you can take that bad boy with you anywhere and access things online, that is the day I'll buy it. So, alas, I bought the Apple Ipod Classic 120 GB. I got it in January, and still have like less than a thousand songs on there. Although I think it's a great toy, the thing that gets me the most is when I last downloaded some songs from Itunes to the Ipod, the song didn't quite finish up and I had to contend with the ITunes staff on this more than once. But I will say to their credit that the staff there are real good. I highly suggest you get an outlet other than your computer to keep your ipod charged. I suggest you check out some great headphones that won't go bust on you within a month; Koss- uhh uhh; Sony- jury still out. I got some extras myself. And above all things, buy some skins to keep your Ipod protected. My daughter bought me a plastic skin, and I still bought a leather case from Belkins via Amazon.com to keep it protected. It is also very helpful to get a book on how to handle your iPod; I suggest you do. I have two daughters that are helpful, but they aren't always there. Please get a book if your like me, first purchase out of the gate and all. Now if your close to an Apple store, all the merrier, but there is none here in Mobile. Just in Birmingham. hint hint to the Apple folk. When you buy that Ipod, they give you a USB chord, the Ipod, a two, three page with no words on how to hook it up and headphones. That is it. If you are a lady of words, you'll get ticked and frustrated which is why I keep stressing the book.
