Apple iPod Classic 80G Review

I have had my iPod for a few years now and I am very glad that I bought it. In the time that I have had my iPod I have traveled to both Iraq and Afghanistan in that time and it has been holding out like a champ both times.  I went with the 80gb ipod because I have a lot of music and it holds all of it without any problems and I still have room for a lot more or to even add some videos on there.  In the entire time I have had my iPod I have only really had one video on it just due to the fact that the screen is really small and so it's kind of hard to watch things on there.  On the other hand I do know a lot of other people that have there ipods loaded with movies and love that they can watch whatever movie they want on it while in airports, on planes, or just about anywhere and it gives you something to do when you have to kill some time.

Another advantage is that the batteries last for quite a while.  Of course it is dependant on how long you keep the screen lit up for and the volume but I usually get more than 10 hours of play time off of one charge.  It is also nice that the iPod can be charged from the computer while you are uploading music and videos or you can get a wall charger for it and charge it directly from the wall.  It makes it convenient to charge and if you are in a place with different voltage (pretty much everywhere other than the US has 220 volts) you can still get your iPod directly from your laptop and not have to worry about volotage adapters.

Overall I have had great success with my iPod and I would suggest it to others.
