Apple
iPod Classic 80GB

I bought my Apple iPod Classic two years ago. I've always used a portable CD player to listen to my CD music. The concept of an MP3 type player was very exciting to me. Once I got everything loaded to the iPod, I couldn't put it down. I just love my Apple iPod Classic and I use it everyday.

It is easy to use and load your music to the iPod. I can’t believe all of the music this iPod can store (20,000 songs). I have a large collection of albums, which hasn’t even put a dent on my Apple iPod Classic. I love all the games on the iPod. I have even downloaded more games on my iPod. The graphics on the iPod is something I've never seen before on such a small screen. You can also store photos on the iPod.

Size and Weight~
Dimension: 4.1"H x 2.4"W x .41"D
Weight: 4.9 ounces

Display~
2.5-inch (diagonal) color LCD with LED backlight
320x240 pixel resolution @ 163 pixels per inch

Capacity~
Holds up to 20,000 Songs
Holds up to 25,000 iPod-viewable photos
Holds up to 100 hours of video
Stores data via USB hard drive

My Viewpoint
Along with the Apple iPod Classic, you get earphones, USB 2.0 cable, dock adapter, and software. All you will need to connect your iPod to your computer is the USB 2.0 cable. Use iTunes software to synchronize your music, videos, and photos to your iPod. You can even buy and download music and videos right from the iTunes Store. I bought my Apple iPod Classic at Sam's Club for around $200.00 two years ago.

If you are computer savvy, you can create folders on iTunes to organize your music on your iPod. This is very helpful when searching for a particular artist or song.

I would recommend the Apple iPod Classic for a music lover or for someone with a large collection of music. This would make an excellent birthday gift, graduation gift, or Christmas gift. I give it 5 stars!

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your iPod. I would contact Apple's tech support to see if they can help you. Here is the link http://www.apple.com/support/expert. I wish I could help more, but I'm just a customer of the product and don't actually work with Apple. Good Luck! ~Krista

i bought one refurbished online at a decent price on ebay.... classic ipod gen 6 and it started messing up on me right after the warranty on it expired.... When I try and Sync my library it will get like more than halfway through and then freeze. It freeze at 2,000 something (closer to 3,000) out of 5,000. When it freezes even the ipod's display message will go from 'syncing' to 'connected'..... Whats even more "awesome" is that i bought a really awesome gelaskin for mine and i had it on for less than a month and that's when it started giving me problems.... what luck... Any recommendations on a simple solution or affordable repair center?

I love my iPod! I'm always loading songs to it. Yep, they are expensive. There is a new one out called an "iPod Touch". They may be cheaper. You may want to check that one out. I haven't done any research on the new one. My iPod you can load photos and videos. I've had mine for 3 years now, I think! Never had a problem with it.

Thanks for reading!!! =)

I always lose the smallest things. Good thing you have a backup MP3.

I have an iPod too which I love but can't find. Luckily I have another MP3 player to use until my iPod shows up. I lose everything!
