I really love my Ipod nano 16GB. I mainly use it for music. I place all the music i listen to on it and the sound quality is awesome. I like to place it on shuffle and randomize the songs. You can also make playlists which I like to do also. I filmed video with it a few times. it takes small videos that are mostly compatible to view with Apples Quicktime Player. You can view the videos with windows media player but they will be displayed sideways. The Itunes program used to place music on the ipod is easy to use and navigate once you lean it. Apple-itunes always has updates to improve its interface and functions. You can also place videos and and photos on this model of ipod. This model, the ipod nano, has a number of other features including timer, stopwatch, notes, games, calendars, clocks, contacts, voice memos, alarms, radio and fitness functions Sound Quality Great sound quality. It depends on the quality of sound file that you place on the ipod. Also, the Itunes program converts all mp3's into apples own file format. Performance Great performance. A number of different options for various functions. Battery Life The battery life is good at first but after years of constant use it declines a bit. Durability built tough to last. Ease of Use Easy to use once you learn all the menus and functions. Design Great design. I feel comfortable using it.

This is my third ipod that I've owed, and its by far my favorite one! I like the size of it, makes it easy to carry and store easily in my purse. Its so sleek too. Can't say much about the sound quality because I just think it depends on what brand of headphone you use when listening to music but the sound quality of the speaker could be better (yes you can listen to your music without headphones). Has many great features, it is an mp3, a radio, a camera, can watch movie, music videos, tv shows, can play games, has a pedometer, you can store photos, it has this cool feature where you can shake it and it will shuffle your music library, it just has so many great things! You can store many songs and video in it. I just love it! The camera even has some awesome effects on it like on the photo booth on mac computers which make it even more fun to record things, oh and that reminds me it also has a memo recorder. Ive had my ipod for about 3 to 4 years and I use it a lot. There are many colors to choose from which is pretty cool because you can choose your favorite. From all the nanos that apple has come up with I think this generation is the best. Personally im not a big fan of touch screen because for some weird reason touch screen always goes crazy on me. I really recommend this ipod if you can even get your hands on one, its easy to use, has great sound, very handy, many awesome features and many more cool things. Battery Life depending on how much you use it

The classic nano click wheel is still exactly the same, and if you've used an iPod before then you'll be instantly at home because despite a few visual interface tweaks, such as photo, video and album art previews, the menu system is pretty much the same as before. Do not dwell too much on the standard iPod features, such as playing music, audio books, podcasts, video and displaying photos, since everybody knows iPods do these things very well, so instead let's focus on the new stuff. The big new features in this outing of the nano are the built-in accelerometer, which finds expression mainly in the new games and a new Shake to Shuffle feature, and Genius playlists, which are also a feature of the required iTunes 8 software. The accelerometer first debuted in the iPhone and iPod touch, and this is the first time it's been available in the iPod nano. It essentially means that the iPod can work out which way up it is. Turn the iPod on its side while you're playing music and the display automatically changes to Cover View mode, so you can flick through your album covers using the click wheel. Videos also play in landscape mode by default, which suits them well. The accelerometer can also be used in iPod games, and you can try it out in the included Maze, in which you have to guild a ball through a maze by tilting the iPod. It's neat, and Apple has added a number of new games to the iTunes Store, including Spore Origins, but the games on the nano with its smaller screen aren't a patch on what's possible on its older brother, the iPod touch.

I bought a 8GB iPod that was refurbished almost 4 years ago and it's still in great shape, besides a few nicks. It has never stopped working. The battery life isn't the best but it charges fast. For an electronic device that is this "out of date", I couldn't ask for more.

To me, this is the ipod to get. I just had mine stollen, but I miss it sorely. It had so many great features packed in for the price that it really is a no brainer. The screen is large enough to read in the car at a glance. The controls are responsive and easy to operate "eyes free". Probably the only limitation for most people would be the storage size, I got the 16gb, which was perfect for my collection of music, but many aficionados would require more. The built in camera is a nice plus when you dont have your phone on you, and it actually takes decent videos...not HD by any means, but gets the job done! Sound quality is great, as always with apple products. The battery life is awesome as well...usually a week before having to charge!

I love the apple-iPod 4th Generation!!! I have one in hot pink and it still looks good as new! The features on the iPod is great and the video camera is great quality. I could download over 500 songs, so this iPod holds in a lot of songs and videos. I like the simple design of the 4th generation iPod and the hearing quality is clear. However, when I go underground in the train, I have to put the volume up a few notches. The iPod is easy to use and I had no trouble figuring out how to listen to music, record videos, etc. However, one main thing that I'm not 100% happy with is the battery life. After listening to songs for about two to three hours, I noticed that my iPod battery decreased by a little more than half. By the end of the day, the battery is all gone. I just wish that the iPod 4th generation would have a higher battery life and withstand maybe an hour more, without having to decrease again.

The iPod nano is one of Apple's best products they have ever created next to the iPhone. Small, compact, and highly durable, I would reccommend this product to everyone. Sound Quality Overall, the sound quality is great, but the type of earphones you purchase and the quality of the song file play a huge role in sound quality. Battery Life This product has a pretty decent battery life. When I first purchased my iPod nano, I would listen to it for hours on end and still have enough battery life for the next day. However, the battery life does decrease with age. Durability I have put my purple 16GB iPod nano through a lot of torture during its life. From dropping it to spilling ramen noodles on it (long story), it has made it through it all. Ease of Use It's really not that complicated to use, especially if you know how to use the classic iPods. Design I love how the iPod nanos came in all sorts of colors which makes it perfect for almost anyone.

Excellent iPod, I wish that they made these instead of the new generations. Sound quality is great on this, I love how it'd had a video camera, used to mess around with the camera and effects when I was in my high school history classes. The effects and stuff you can do with the camera is pretty cool. I love the storage capacity of this iPod, I had almost 3,000 songs on my 8bg iPod as well as a few movies. iTunes is pretty useful too, it's simple to use and you can put movies as well as music videos or Tv Shows on your iPod too. It holds a lot of data. It's not like the new ones, it's not touch-screen or anything fancy like that. But it works, it's pretty great. Doesn't cost a lot of money whereas the new ones are pretty pricey! Even though the apple iPod is very small, it has a very large screen for it's size. You can shake it to change songs, which is pretty cool. Also, if you run a lot, there's a pedometer on it. It tracks all of your steps and your daily goals. Which is pretty cool. Overall, i love this little thing. It's a great iPod. :)!

I love my apple ipod!!! My girls bought this for me as a mothers day gift and no one expected me to use it near as much as I have. I use it every day!!!! Once I figured out how to load songs and make playlists, I have absolutely loved my ipod and use it all the time!!! I travel with it, I use it at home with an ipod speaker that I purchased for it. My only frustration with it is the difficulty of taking songs off my ipod to add others to it. I never thought I would come close to using the memory on my ipod, but yes I do use most of my memory and change songs periodically. I love the color. I have the purple one. I also love that I can play my ipod with a cable while I am driving. Sound Quality The sound is great whether I use my earphones, my ipod speaker or my car speakers. Performance My ipod has performed very well and I am so glad that I have it. I have had no performance problems at all. Battery Life My ipod battery lasts a long time. My ipod speaker now charges it as I use it and so I very rarely have to charge my battery as I use it most every day. Durability I am on the go with my ipod and it has been very durable!! Ease of Use It is very easy to use except for changing songs out. I have to look it up every time as it is confusing to take songs off so I can add others. Design Love the design. Looks good and is a good size. I like the touch wheel also.
