   I'm a person who has always been up to date with the new IPods and when the ITouch came out, I wanted it. Honestly, it may not seem that great when you can have the IPhone or a smaller IPod, but the ITouch is pretty handy. You can access wi-fi if your anywhere near it, you can download tons of applications like games, fitness stuff, sports watch, the radio, and tons more. The battery life lasts me about a week roughly and I listen to it when I walk to class and sometimes while I do homework. I take it everywhere I go and it's just one of those items that I know I can't live without. I

I purchased the device mainly because I commute to and from work via public transportation. The noise from other patrons or even the transport itself can be a bit overwhelming after a long day at the office.

I have downloaded music, books on cd and even videos to pass the time and make my ride a little more enjoyable.

It's very user friendly and I love how compact it is. I have never had an problems with the device.

My iPod was actually a gift--I didn't want one at first.  I played around with it and fell in love with it, but sometimes find it frustrating when looking at pictures and listening to music and the battery dies out of nowhere.  Maybe mine's just a lemon, but it seems that the power cord had better be close by whenever you use it.
