Apple - iPhone 3G (8GB) Cell Phone Review

The Apple iPhone is an amazing little computer that just so happens to have a phone as well, not to mention a host of other great items like a camera, 25,000 apps to choose from, built in calendar, visual voice mail, google maps with gps directions, voice recorder, weather, stocks, you name it, it has it. The only thing it does not have in a video recorder, which is available in the new iPhone 3Gs. The other minor issue is that it sometimes takes a while for certain apps to load, and certain features it has touted in the latest software release (3.0), have not yet been activated, like internet tethering, which would be a huge benefit, and of course MMS (multi-media messaging). Those two items really need to come on line soon! Besides that, all the apps work very well, the calendar and appointment functions really help keep me organized, and mobile me is a great service that syncs all of you calendar events and contacts updated to all of you devices, like your laptop, iphone and desktop. Once the latest features are up and running, and a newer, faster version come out, which I will buy, then, I think the iphone will be the "perfect" phone/mini-computer.
