Great value for the price. This item has given my whole family a great value for the money we spent on it. I love the streamlined look of the device and the ease of being able to store it because of its sleak design. The variety of cases available make it personalized enough to not be confused with someone else's. Thanks Apple for making a product so easy to learn and simple to operate! Ease of Use Certainly easy to use. My toddler even can figure it out. I also like that the same configurations apply to this device as to my iphone so there is a learning curve. It's great to be able to carry it in my purse or travel bag to pull out at airports or anywhere that we have a long wait (especially with kids). Battery Life No problems where the battery is concerned. It lasts plenty long enough for me to watch my favorite shows and my son to play his favorite games. Support & Service Always helpful. The apple store makes support convenient and accessible. Speed/Performance works well and is easier to manipulate because of the large screen.
