I use it for paying bills, checking email, playing games, searching the internet, watching videos, listening to music and keeping up with Facebook. It is really fun to use and convenient. Ease of Use I have used several different tablets and this one is easier for me to use than the others I have tried. Battery Life It is used a lot and the battery will last very well for extended use. When using it for videos the battery dies faster but still very good. Support & Service I have not needed to use support and service Speed/Performance I wish the camera was a little better, find that when using it to take pictures they are dull looking and pixelated. The speed seems to be great for most things. There are times when it seems slower but I tend to be very impatient Design I like the design, the only thing I could think of to improve it is the camera. Durability I was afraid it would be more fragile than it is. I have accidentally dropped it more than once and to my surprise I have had no issues with it. I keep it in a case which probably helped when it fell but glad it was not broken.
