This computer is unbelievable. I don't know how I was able to live without it. Once you go Mac you can't go back. You can run Microsoft Office on a Mac, and exchange documents with Windows users. The interface is superior and much, much easier to learn and use than Windows. If you have certain programs... review »

I recieved this IMAC G3 ALL-IN-ONE desktop from an ad that I had came across while surfing the net on craigslist. One of my favorite sites to go through daily. I picked it up and brought it home.Right away I plug it in and started checking it out. This was the first time that I had ever used a Apple....

I'd never laid fingers to a MAC before my husband purchased two for us last month. I've been a loyal Gateway customer until the last one started crapping out a year before the 3 year extended warranty was up, and they gave me problems about fixing it. I said "no more!" and started looking at the iMAC. I love it! Easy to learn, easy to use, so many options, and I can still use Microsoft Office on it, which is important to me, because I do work that requires Word.

What's not to love? It takes up so much less space, the graphics are awesome (I am an amateur photographer), many features I've yet...

Looks amazing, and great for the space-challenged. Tons of memory. Incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Fast and powerful. Support is great.  None of the virus/adware/spyware/popups problems that plagued all my previous PCs.  I will never go back to using a PC.

I love our iMac.  We bought it about 2 months ago and everything is great.

I was a 100% PC-user and my husband was a 100% mac user and this year we were due to buy a new computer. we discussed getting 2; inexpensive laptops or desktops to use; one a PC and one a Mac, but then realized how foolish that would be considering neither of us is on the computer all that much (because we are on the computer at our jobs all day long)

so we went to the Mac store at our local mall, and i fooled around on the iMac to get a feel for if i would like using a mac. and i loved it! its so easy

i would say the only...

If you have never had a Mac, this is the one to get. It is so easy to set up and so easy to use. There is no A - B drives you just turn it on and go. I have never used anything but Mac and this is the absolute dream of all the Mac's I have ever had. All in one, no separate monitors, the striking appearance and ultra sleek design is amazing to have sitting on your desk. It is so fast and virtually never gets a virus. If you have any problems the tech support is great. I have only had to leave a Mac with a service center once in the 20 years I have had them. The tech support has always gotten...

My son, the high-tech man, led me to the iMac, and I have never turned back to the piece of desktop junk that I had. This thing does everything of which I haven't learned yet. Just got it Christmas of 2008. Apple has contacted me so many times just to offer their services if I needed anything. Has anyone out there heard of such service these days? I have had a great time with the iphotos. Have not had to worry about viruses, or the thing going off for no reason. It is really fast. If I had a business out of my home, this would be the perfect computer to run it with. I love the 20" screen too, one...

Forget Windows and especially forget Vista and all of its problems. Apple keeps getting better and better with its Macintosh computer line-up. Actually a pioneer in the computer industry, Mac computers are fluid, intuitive, secure and actually enjoyable to use. You spend less time worrying about configuration and security issues, and more time enjoying your computing experience and being productive.

The new iMacs are amazing. Extremely functional, simple and beautiful to look at. The footprint is so small; a laptop takes up more space on my computer desk. And the new version of OSX is amazing;...

since owning this new imac i would never go back to a pc, i highly recommend this product to anyone. If you remember the old days when macs looked so complicated you should be aware that these days they are so simple to use just like windows on a pc.

great product you dont have to worry about viruses and problems.

also the imac has everything preinstalled that you need unlike pc that comes with virtually nothing installed.

The imac also holds its price unlike pc which go down in price as time goes on.

if you want a computer that will last as well as hold its value buy an imac!

I love the iMac. It's fully loaded with everything you need. With the right software you can use windows on it. It work very fast and smooth and has a great interface. Comes with great storage options. It sleek and attractive and takes up little space. Best of all it resist pop ups and viruses.

The 20" iMac desktop is an outstanding machine no matter what your level of computer knowledge.  It has an Intel processor in it making it up to date with the latest hardware and enabling you to do things like run Windows as a native operating system.  It has EVERYTHING you would want in a computer.  It has a Webcam built-in, CD/DVD burner that can burn dual-layer discs, a very big hard drive, lots of RAM, wireless built-in for connecting up to a wireless router, a remote for using with media center stuff, and a lot of other great features.

The hardware itself is simply outstanding.  IF something...

I have had this workhorse for a year, and it handles everything. I can have eight or 10 programs opened concurrently and never have anything run sluggishly.the operating system is incredibly stable and the only two software/OS complaints I have are that in the process of integrating Apple Mail, iCal, and Address Book, they significantly weakened the way calendar events are handled.since I was a power user who pushed it to the extreme, I am no longer able to use the calendar application the way I used to. I have also had some minimal problems with the Safari 4 upgrade, but I am quite content with...

Macintosh...what can I say! I recently purchased the 20" iMac Intel superdrive and it is fantastic. Being an artist I have always been a Mac freak. Compared to Bill Gate's PC's, they blow them out of the water! In the almost 20 years I've used Macs, I've had it crash maybe 2 or 3 times and have never had a virus.

Both Steve's new what they were doing when they invented the Apple computer. They took the common folk in mind rather than throwing out a less than perfect product for profit only.

Every time I upgrade my Mac (which is only about every 7 years lately), they just get better, smaller,...

We bought our Apple iMac after shopping around and reviewing almost every computer out there.  Our old PC crashed beyond repair and we wanted a reliable, fast, easy-to-use computer.  At first we were hesitant about Apple ONLY because of the initial cost, but we were so unimpressed with Microsoft Vista and were uneasy about the virus problems.  We quickly decided it would be worth the extra money up front to have all the advantages that Apple provides.  We went with the 20" monitor for practical reasons but would have loved to splurge for the 24".  The 20" has proven to be more than enough...

I bought the iMac INtel 20 inch about nine months ago. I have had several Mac products in the past, but this one is surely the best as they always seem to improve. I like that the unit takes up very little space as everything is built right in. The CD/DVD drives are right in the monitor, as is the hard drive. The unti comes with some really interesting stuff, such as music software (which I really have no use for) and widgets (mini programs) which allow you check certain information with the touch of a button on the mouse. The best feature of Mac products is that they are very simple to use.... review »

iMac 20" Display, 2.66GHZ, @GB RAM, 320 GB Drive, Super Drive, ATI Radeon HD, 2600PRO w/256MB, Bluetooth, Air Port.

This is the fourth computer I have owned, and the first that I have loved!

People say they are not 'Geeky' enough for a Mac, I didn't think I was, as I just do email, survey's and read newspapers from around the world.

When I had Windows, one day it would work, then the next day, some glitch would not allow me access to anything. Also I would have problems finding files on Windows, one day I could attach something to an email, the next day, it wouldn't go. The crowning glory...
