I am typing this review on my very first and very new Mac. I should add that is also an expensive Mac. I think that I could have gotten a PC at a lot lower price. I decided to buy a Mac after having nothing but ongoing annoying problems with my PC. So far the experience has been awesome. When they say 5 min and your on the internet, they are not kidding. It was that easy! I love the Widgets and have a new hobby of looking new ones up and downloading them. (widgets are little thingy magigs that you at a punch of a button can access. Like the weather or my new favorite widgit is the lowest price for gas in my area) There are some thing I have not gotten used to yet, like cutting and pasting is a pain. I miss my right click on my mouse! All in all if you are in the market for a new computer check out the MAC!

I use a two button mouse from Kensington. This allows left-clicking.

If you are using a laptop - place two fingers on the glide pad and then click the big button = right click. If you are using a regular mouse just get one with a right button - it works on a Mac. (This comment was written using a MacBook Pro). One other neat trick is to use two fingers on the glide pad and move them up and down to scroll the page - e.g. this page to move between the product description and this comment (on finger on the glide pad moves the cursor around the screen). Hope this helps.
