Good at first but needed a new one a couple months later

Pros

    Cheap if you already have an iPod

Cons
    Only works with iPod nanos, only works with nike shoes

I bought this as a gift for my dad. He went out running daily and then one day it just stopped working. He had to buy another one and that one quit working just a couple months later. It's a great idea, but I don't know if we'll buy another one any time soon.
