Apple/Nike + iPod Sport Kit — 

This is a good product to use. it is good for anyone who wants to run and listen to their music at the same time. There are downloads online that one can help track ones running distance and time. I have not tried any other shoe beside the nike shoes that i have, so i do not know how it works with other shoes. This is a great product and is not that expensive so it was worth what one will pay for it.
