Apple Macbook Review

I've had my macbook for over two years now.  It got me through two years of college = lots of hours of online research, lots of research papers, and of course the occasional webcam chat with my long-distance boyfriend.  I have over 10,000 songs stored in my iTunes collection and a comparable collection of pictures and videos saved on the hard drive; but it hasn't slowed the mac down at all like it would my old Dell (I had to buy an external hard drive for that laptop to function).

As for the qualities unique to macs, I love the "Spaces" capability - where you can have multiple screens for separate projects instead of everything getting jumbled on one screen. I also love having the "Dashboard" right at my fingertips on the screen, as well as my calendar readily available.  I also appreciate not having to manually maintain the computer, like Disc Cleanup and Defragment with the Dell.  My Macbook works for me.
