Great computer - crappy battery

I've had a 15" MacBook Pro for nearly 6 months (formerly was a long-time Windoze addict) and I love it! The look, the feel, the apps - all amazing.
My only major complaint is with the battery. I'm on my third battery (poor life, failing to recharge) and the folks at the Apple store have troble believing the problem since the battery is not one of the ones being recalled.

I'd still buy one again in a heartbeat though.
