Maybe we're doing something wrong?

very demanding of my computers, constantly online, not rich, a busy person, Every day computer user

Pros

Easy to use, bright, beautiful colors, Beautiful display

Cons

Cannot download some programs., shuts down a lot, Not all software is compatable

50% of these things in my office have completely shut down. Just crapped out. Maybe we're doing something wrong? Not to mention it's hard to even make a PDF or PPT that works on PCs.

And can talk about how awful these things look when they get dirty. It's gross. Get a black one is my suggestion.
