Pros

    User friendly, even for dummies, fast, fantastically small, Comes ready run out of the box, Easy to install and run, never gets bogged down, NO VIRUSES!!! This should be #1

Apple Mac Mini — 

I have been a PC user for 12 years and just now took the plunge to buy a Mac. I think it is super fast and has really great effects. It is fun to play around with and explore. Because this is my first Mac, I am still learning all the in's and out's of the computer.
The Mac Mini itself, it quite compact and easy to set up. It boots up in no time flat and has several built in functions I require such as parental controls and a back up utility.
I would recommend it to anyone!
