I've been a PC user my whole life, but got into photography a few years ago and built a business on it... everyone kept telling me to go to a mac, but I wasn't so sure... then I got a laptop with vista... :( Decided it was time to make the change & I went to a mac... We bought a used mac book from a friend of a relative. I could not have been happier. I received some protective covers and other little goodies with the computer. It is fast on the internet and since I have never owned a laptop, I love the convenience of being mobile. Apple MacBook Pro 15"
I love my Apple MacBook and would be lost without it! Macs are great to use and are so easy to understand how to use them. Not only has my Apple MacBook worked great but it is easy to navigate and is easy to teach others to use. My husband is not use to computers but the Mac was easy for him to understand. Now he has learned to use it for all kinds of things. Even my grandson loves doing games on the computer. It is a great teaching aide for preschoolers. I went through pc after pc and had so many problems with viruses and hard to use programs. With the mac EVERYTHING is so easy and I've had mine for almost 3 years and haven't had a problem yet.

This is my third Mac...my first way back in college. Of course, being in education, most of the computers in the classrooms/computer labs were Macs until recently. I had a MacBook Pro just prior to the one I am on now. I am not a professional so the MacBook Pro had too much graphical power for what I needed. I paid for more than I would ever use. I purchased the MacBook in May and have never been happier.

This is the best laptop I have ever owned or used. Coming from a Windows program, it was difficult at first to learn the navigation of a Mac, but it was well worth it. We have not had errors like we did with the other system. It is also kid-friendly.

Apple Apple Mac Book Pro OSX 10.5.8
My son bought this laptop with scholarship money for college, and he takes it to school with him on a daily basis. But when he doesn't have it, someone else in the family is on it. Either my self, my 19 year old daughter, or my 11 year old daughter. It gets more use than the home computer. It's fun, convienent, fast processing on the web. Apple MacBook Pro 13"
Well I must say I am very happy i did not buy apple's first iteration of the 13" aluminum macbook last year b/c they really got it right the second time around upgrading it to a macbook pro! Its nice to have that "pro" stamp on a 13" now! Apple has listened to their customers adding almost everything we have asked for and more, and managed to reduce the price! Thanks Apple!

This is a beautiful piece of technical craftsmanship. The LED display is stunning and the machine runs smoothly. I am never stuck waiting for a program to load. The built-in webcam and microphone is saving me money with Skype. I feel more connected to my family & friends than ever before.
