In general this stuff is great for bad hair.

Comments about Aphogee 2 Step Protien Treatment:

Overall it's really good to use if your hair is really uneven or just plain damaged. This is honestly something That I use a lot.

Effectiveness
Be really careful when you put this stuff in your hair. It turns brick hard super quick and I almost pulled my hair out when I was messing with it. The bottle says that it's part of the process though and I can't lie it works like a charm. My hair always feels better after I use it. Its really sticky and watery though so try not to let the consistency freak you out too much. My hair is damaged really easy so I use this stuff a lot but I can defiantly see it getting stronger day by day. My ends don't split as much anymore and because of that it's growing longer than it usually does before I have to cut my ends off.

Scent
To me it smells pretty good but whenever I use it my sister tells me it stinks. Also make sure you rinse all out it out or else when you blow dry your hair it'll stink really bad.

Rescues you from damaged hair

Comments about Aphogee 2 Step Protien Treatment:

My hair has been badly damaged from blow drying and straightening it on a weekly basis. I really needed something that would repair my hair and bring it back to life. Aphogee has great products and their 2 step protien treatment was just what my hair needed. My hair was very lifeless and damaged but with aphogee I could definitely tell and immediate change in my hair and it definitely brought body and life back into it. You can find aphogee products everywhere that hair products are sold but I bought mine at Sally's beauty supply. The instructions are easy to use and the results are definitely worth buying this product. You can also buy a small container first and try it out and if you like it you can buy a bigger container once you run out. I've tried a lot of conditioners and hot oil treatments but aphogee really helps damaged and shedding hair due to blow drying, straightening or other types of styling that can damage your hair.

Aphogee 2 Step Protein Treatment is great

Comments about Aphogee 2 Step Protien Treatment:

I really think this product is great for strengthening the hair when it's damaged. For example, when I bleached my hair a while back, this product was great for strengthening my hair, but I have found that it works the best when I use it several times a week. That may seem like a lot for a protein treatment, but this has been the most effective for me. The directions say to apply heat while it coats the hair, so that takes about 15 minutes, and then I wait about 10 more minutes before rinsing it out. The results are incredible! It really does strengthen the hair and it makes my hair look exactly how it looks when I walk out of a salon, after just getting my hair done. I absolutely love that my hair no longer looks fried. I always suggest this product to friends whenever they feel like their hair looks damaged. I used to think that using this product a few times a week was too much, but I need to use it that often, to really see a constant difference in my hair, so that's what I recommend to everyone who uses it.

Aphogee Hair Reviver

Comments about Aphogee 2 Step Protien Treatment:

First and foremost,I am African American which will further explain my experience with this product. I am in the process of growing out my perm and currently my hair is about 50%permed/50% natural. My natural hair is kinky while at the same time SOFT. On top of all these concerns, while growing my hair out, I keep it braided under sew-in weaves. So, I needed a dynamic conditioner. I did my research and was hesitant about trying it because I KNOW my hair needed moisture and protein treatments can deplete the moisture out of your hair but I figured since it came with a balancing moisturizing conditioner, that it was worth the try. The first part is not pleasant smelling but it doesn't stink. It also is runny. Use a towel around your neck and wear an old t-shirt. I sat under a hooded dryer to get it hard. I rinsed this out and used part 2 and let it sit for a while. After that was rinsed out, i felt my hair and it was not only soft but managable. Despite all the trauma my hair could be experiencing, Aphogee was able to revitalize it. I will be using this product throughout my growing out experience and in between weaves UNLESS the results change. They say you should do this treatment every 6 weeks so this should be perfect for me.

Aphogee is sooo Great

By

Comments about Aphogee 2 Step Protien Treatment:

I purchased the Aphogee two-step protein treatment after hearing great things about it from other people who have used it.  When I tried the product the first time, I didn't notice a difference.  By the time I used it again 6 weeks later, I noticed the difference.  My hair was much stronger.  I noticed that when I would comb it, I had no breakage - no hair on the comb. Before using the product, you must read and follow the directions completely.  When you put the product in your hair, you must either sit under a dryer or dry it with a hair dryer.  It has to harden like a shell.  Also you must use the balancing moisturizer, that's the second step.  Because the product is protein based you must replace the moisture that was lost during the process.  The product focuses on strengthening the hair, not moisturizing. The product can only be used 6 weeks (or more) apart. That's how strong it is.  It's recommended that you use between chemical processing. Lastly, the smell is horrible but once you wash it out, the smell is gone.  I would definitely recommend this product but only if you hair is extremely damaged.
