Apex Digital AD500WM DVD Player

Comments about Apex Digital AD500WM DVD Player:

**The Apex Digital AD500WM DVD Player I have was bought about seven years ago. It was my first dvd player. I was referred to it by my somewhat electronic savy brother, who was also telling our uncle about it when he was shopping for one. Neither one of us knew anything about these things so being cost, effective my uncle bought one and had my brother hooked it up. We were impressed with the ease of hookup, the ease of use and the picture quality even when paused. So then I had to have one too. I have moved about three or four moves with mine and it still works great. It has just the very basic and necessary functions. I also like that it has a built in screen saver, sub titles in several different languages. One of the best things about the ****Apex Digital AD500WM DVD Player is the size it is very small and very light weight. I like mine so much that I would buy another one and also tell anyone that ask to get one of these dvd players.**

Lasted a long time

Comments about Apex Digital AD500WM DVD Player:

Back when DVD players were first coming out I was tyring to decide which kind to buy.  I was hesitant to buy a brand I didn't know much about but I bought an Apex dvd player and it is still going strong.  It of course isn't one of the fanciest dvd players but it served the purpose of playing dvds.  I am most amazed at the fact it has lasted this long and in fact it has been dropped I know of two times.  Just last week my two year old pulled it from on top of the big screen down in the floor and I was sure that had killed it.  It however didn't seem to bother it at all as it still working just like it was before.

The only problem with this one is the door doesn't want to open sometimes and I have to pull on it a little bit to get it to open.  It was doing this however before it was ever dropped so that isn't what caused that.  Other than that it has lasted a long time and pulled all the dvd's we have great.
