Apex Bodybugg Review

I just started using my body bugg 3 days ago but I am addicted already! The bodybugg is an electronic armband that measures how many calories you are burning throughout the day while you sleep, work, exercise etc. There is an online program that is used in conjuction with the armband that helps you to track the calories you are consuming, make weight loss goals, help with meal planning and provide other calculators and useful pieces of info. So the bottom line is "calories in vs. calories out". The bodybugg helps you to determine the calories you are eating vs. the calories you are burning to help you to achieve your goals. The reason I love the bugg so much is because it makes me completely accountable. I know exactly how much I am moving around in a day and I make sure to keep active until I've reached my goal for the day. I know I can eat whatever I want with my diet plan but I know I will have to record what I eat so I make sure to make healthier choices than I otherwise would have. So in 3 days I have lost 5 pounds....I know, mostly water weight, that's ok though, I know there is no way I won't lose weight over time. It's just too easy! For me the biggest weight loss challenge is staying motivated....the bodybugg is all the motivation I need now! I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to lose some weight. The one huge downfall for me was the cost. It is around $200-$250 and add an additional $100 for the digital display which I would highly recommend getting. I read an interesting comment about the price. Someone said that if take the cost of the bodybugg and then divide it by the amount of pounds you want to lose then you can figure out if it is worth it to purchase. So if it costs $300 and you have 50 pounds to lose then is it worth it to you to pay $6 for each of those pounds to finally be gone?

Update: I have lost 10 pounds in about 7 weeks with the bodybugg! I love my Bugg!
