Apex Bodybugg digital display —

So if you have a bodybugg or are thinking of getting one I would make sure you get the digital display to go along with it. If you don't have the display you need to plug your bodybugg into the computer to keep track of your progress throughout the day. With the digital display at any time during the day you are able to see how many calories you have burned, how many steps you have taken, and how many minutes of moderate activity you have had throughout the day. The digital display also allows you to see those same catagories for the day before and for a set period of time or activity. The digital display helps me to set mini goals for myself through the day such as: by 3 PM I want to make sure I have walked 5000 steps and burned at least 1000 calories. This makes achieving your daily goal even easier to manage. The display comes with a watchband, which is kinda bulky and ugly, so I just clip it to my pocket. The clip will only accomodate a very thin piece of material though. The face can be set right side up or upside down which is great depending on if I have it clipped to the outside of a pocket or inside. The digital display will run you about $99....definitely worth getting!
