I purchased the AnyCom PAROS-10 Mini Bluetooth Headset in February. By April it quit working. It blinks blue-red-blue-red.... I have charged it and tried to troubleshoot the problem from the useless manual that came with it with no luck at all. The blue-red-blue-red blinking is not addressed in the manual.
I have also tried to find technical help on-line. The Anycom help site is not supported by any employees. It's very nice that they have customer helping customer help, but where are the people who sell this product. The site is not even monitored by Anycom people.
I also tried to e-mail Anycom and have never gotten a response.
The unit did work great until the blue-red-blue-red.... incident. It is comfortable and the sound was good. There may be a perfectly legitimate reason why I'm having this problem, but I'm giving the product one star because I can't get any technical help to figure out if it is something wrong that can be fixed or if it is a defective product. Meanwhile, I can't use it.
The $37. I paid for the headset sounded like a good deal, but not for a unit that I've only been able to use for two months.
